Many
customers have relied on us to assist them in designing
their label products from the intial concept stages
to the application phases of the labels. Whether
it be a simple bar coded asset label, a multi-colored
food product label, or even a high-density, heat-resistant
circuit board label; we have a great depth of experience
in successfully designing all of these products
from start-to-finish. |

Hand-in-hand
with our "Custom Design Assistance" is our ability
to step back and take an objective overview of your
"marking systems" requirements. In doing so, we
quite often discover areas where your corporate
labeling programs could be made much more efficient.
In most cases, it usually involves only a minor
change in a label's shape or size, or perhaps a
switch to a more aggressive adhesive. Other times,
it requires an in depth analysis of line speeds,
adhesion set-up times, temperature ratings, and
even detailed examinations of "hand-applied" ergonomics.
The main focus of any of our systems analysis
programs is to reduce the cost of using the labels
you buy by making them more efficient to use on
a daily basis. |

This
technique is most effective when used to make decisions
regarding whether to apply your own labels on products
or to have them prelabeled. In some cases we will
help you decide whether to use direct-thermal labels
versus thermal-transfer imprinting with inked ribbons.
In either case, and all of those in between, we
can determine exactly what your labeling systems
will cost you in both direct and indirect expenses
before you make a decison about what kind of labels
to use. |

Inventory
Control Programs |
|
| |
We
will work with you to help determine how much to
buy, what to keep at your facility, what to send
to facilities abroad, and how much of your product
to maintain at our warehouse. The key here is to
remain flexible without overstocking. Trust us on
this one, we've elevated this particular area of
expertise to an art form. |

Customer-Specific
Stocking |

Similar
to our "inventory control program" are the systems
we've developed to keep track of a large variety
of label products for an individual customer. In
some cases, we maintain an inventory at our facility
for as many as 200 different custom items for a
single customer, which may be drop shipped to as
many as fifteen different user facilities. Of all
of the programs described here, this particular
service attracts the most attention from potential
clients. |

While
we feel all of our programs are "special" this one
really requires a "hands on" approach. We offer
imprinting services to our customers on an "as needed"
basis. This requires that we imprint labels for
our customer on a timely basis, which saves the
customer time and money. Another special program
might involve "after packaging" for a client. While
this area of our "services package" is becoming
broader, we pride ourselves on keeping the execution
of these services very streamlined and that takes
some real management skills. Take a look at our
"Employee Bios" section and you'll see just how
qualified we are with top-notch professionals in
this field. |
